New book of poems available now!!!

My new book of poems Shackled to the Sky is now available for sale in my shop! This is a collection of poems that I’ve written over the past five years and they’ve been beautifully illustrated by my friend Ashley Frye. Each poem really is it’s own piece of art and each page is beautiful! This book is a collaboration between artist and poet. The artwork connects to the poems in ways that are sometimes deep and meaningful, sometimes playful and irreverent, while trying not to take itself too seriously. This is a book about connecting—to other people, to nature, to art, and most importantly, to yourself. It’s about freedom, identity, and expression. Sometimes that expression looks like hard emotional work, and sometimes it looks like musings about super powers and space travel. This book is about finding your wings and where they can take you.
